Disclaimer
Weight
We have a 20 lb. weight limit for safety reasons. We are accustomed to moving smaller items like dining table chairs, small ottomans, etc. to clean under. If you would like any heavier furniture cleaned under, you're welcome to move it and we'll be happy to clean under it upon request.
Heights
We are limited to a 2 foot or shorter step stool. Safety is of the utmost importance to us. The great news is that our cobwebbing tools extend, so we'll still be able to get most of those pesky cobwebs, except for on very high/vaulted ceilings.
Please note, in order to keep our prices as low as they are, we do not offer deep cleaning at this time.

FAQ
What supplies do you use?
We use eco-friendly cleaning products and microfiber towels. To avoid the transference of dirt and dander we ask that you provide a good working vacuum and a roll of paper towels.
What if I need to cancel?
Cancellations less than 24 hours before scheduled time are not refundable. For other cases, please email contact@bellom.com with your request.
How do I prepare for a cleaning?
We can only clean what we can get to, so we would like to ask you to pick things up from the floor, if possible. Please feel free to leave a note for our cleaner at your time of service. You may include comments, needs, likes, suggestions, etc.
Will I have the same Cleaner every time?
We make every effort to assure you have your regular cleaner each visit, but this is not a guarantee Due to illness, vacations, promotions, etc. we may occasionally need to replace your cleaner.
What if I want you to skip a room?
Just close the door to any rooms you do not want cleaned or leave a note with instructions.
What about pets?
We absolutely adore pets and also offer pet services. However, as far as cleaning, we do not clean litter boxes or feces for safety reasons. It is much easier and faster to clean without a pet in the apartment, so we ask you to provide pet-free area to perform cleaning.
