Do you deliver to my area?
Delivery is available in many U.S. cities. To see if we deliver to your area, enter your zip code on the “Grocery Delivery” page or in our app.
Which stores can I shop at?
That will depend on your zip code. We will deliver from you neighborhood stores. Once you add your zip code in the app, you will see a list of available stores.
What are your delivery fees?
We charge reasonable delivery fees and offer savings on your first order. Please download our app to learn more and take advantage of our promotions.
Do I need to be home to accept delivery?
Yes, you will need to be present at the time of delivery to grant our driver access. Since most of the buildings we serve are secured apartments, we want to ensure safe and timely delivery. Please remember to add any building access codes and your apartment number in the notes sections when you place an order.
Can I order alcohol to be delivered?
Absolutely. Please note, if you order alcoholic beverages, tobacco products or other age-restricted items, we require someone over the age of 21 with valid government-issued identification to sign for the delivery.
Do I need to tip my driver?
No, our Assistants do not accept tips but they do appreciate your gratitude.
What if I need to cancel?
Cancellations less than 24 hours before scheduled time are not refundable. For other cases, please email contact@bellom.com with your request.
